A native of Miami Beach, Florida, Michael S. Elstein grew up in South Florida and attended North Miami Beach Senior High School where he graduated in 1987.

Mr. Elstein received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and his Juris Doctor in 1995 from the Nova Southeastern Law Center. As a law student, he worked for the Honorable David Levy at the Third District Court of Appeal and the Honorable William Hoeveler at the Eleventh District Court of the United States Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Elstein has been in private practice since 1995 and has focused primarily on representing individuals who have been injured in automobile and work related accidents as well as cases involving wrongful death and medical negligence. Recently, his practice has expanded to better serve his existing client base where he now represents individuals in social security disability claims and employment related matters involving overtime and harassment claims.

He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, Workers Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, Florida Workers Advocates and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
